Waterside Reflexology Hythe Southampton
My name is Trudy Henriksson.
I am a fully qualified Reflexologist, (Level 3 Diploma including anatomy & physiology), based in the Waterside, Southampton. My aim is to help you achieve a healthier, happier and more balanced lifestyle through the use of Reflexology. It is a safe and natural treatment using a technique of gentle pressure to reflex areas on the feet face or hands. I am continually amazed by its effectiveness across a very broad range of client concerns.
Complementary therapies now days are considered less than a luxury more a healthcare option. Although never to replace medical care or diagnosis but to work alongside the medical profession.
I also work for Penny Brohn UK (Living Well with Cancer) Charity: as working with cancer patients is very close to my heart.
There is growing evidence to support reflexology as being effective in reducing cancer-related pain and anxiety. Including reduction of fatigue improved mood and quality of life. Reflexology can also help with the side effects of cancer treatments.
I am also trained in:
RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage), Facial Reflexology and Advanced Facelift Massage.
RLD (Reflexology Lymph drainage), was developed for Lymphoedema, usually caused by treatments for cancer. For more information please visit the Reflexology lymph Drainage page. This treatment is not just for Lymphoedema. It has now also been found to work very well on patients with various types of inflammation, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis..........

Rachel/Lymington May 2017: I had no previous experience of Reflexology before trying it as a complementary therapy with Radiotherapy at the end of 2016. I find it most relaxing, sleep much better, much less pain in my joints from arthritis. Has been helpful with a wide variety of ailments I suffer with. Trudy is an excellent therapist and continue to see her on a regular basis.

Commit to continually develop my skills and knowledge as a reflexologist, through continued learning, study and development.
